µDISS Profiler™

Small Volume Dissolution and Solubility Apparatus

In response to the increasing interest in characterizing intrinsic dissolution in early development where the active pharmaceutical ingredient is not available in large quantities, the µDISS Profiler™ has been developed for small masses and volumes.

The µDISS Command software allows for easy method development. The µDISS Profiler™ can be used to:

  • Rank order intrinsic dissolution
  • Detect polymorphic changes
  • Follow stability profiles
  • Determine equilibrium solubility
